Oh, how I wish I had time to post more of this stunningly beautiful boy!  I’ve got so many fabulous captures that I’m sifting through, but just don’t have time to edit any more right now.   Just let me say, though, that he was such a treat to photograph, with his big eyes, and adorable expressions.  Can’t wait to show Mom and Dad the rest!  Oh, and a quick reminder that I’m still taking names for potential models for April’s newborn posing workshop!

This is little baby Cole.  I already blogged him earlier this month, but what the hey, I like these pics too!  Anyway, back by popular demand is the two-day newborn posing workshop!  This class will be held in the spring of 2012…..April 19th and 20th, to be exact.  It’s a lot warmer than January, right?!  Registration is now officially open, and you can read all the details on the main website at www.ambershereen.com.  Simply look under the “Info” page, and then “Workshops.”  Held in my new and improved studio, it’s destined to be my best workshop ever!

Photographing these beautiful 8-day-old twins was pure heaven!  Weighing in at just under 5 lbs each, they were such tiny little peanuts.  I was hoping to have them model for us during my newborn posing workshop last month, but alas, they had other plans. Lol.  Well, it’s all good.  Today I had them all to myself! :)  And speaking of newborn workshops, my next class will be held on May 12/13,  2011.  Registration is now open, and spaces are filling up quickly!

I had such a great time hosting my fall workshop this past Thursday.  We had three gorgeous little models to photograph!  First up was, Baby “Z,”  who had the most exquisite full lips and beautiful porcelain skin!  Next up, was Baby “N,”  who had lovely olive skin and dark hair.  She was such a sweet little peanut!  And last, but certainly not least, was 4-day-old Baby “D.”  She was such a chunky little girlie with a full head of ebony locks!  I was also thrilled to have my good friend, and fellow photographer, Natacha Silber assisting me (www.natachasilberphotography.com) .  We had such a blast working together!

Thursday’s newborn posing workshop was a ton of fun, with a stunning line up of  4 beautiful models!  Each of them brought something unique to the table.  First up was Baby “J” with his gorgeous skin and full, pouty lips.  Next up was the lovely Baby “S” with her delicate porcelain skin and remarkable dark hair!  Her Mommy and Daddy even got in on the action!  Then we had the very handsome Baby “F,”  who curled up so nicely for us.  And last, but certainly not least, was Baby “X.”  He was the “oldest” baby at two weeks of age, but I love that he gave me such great eye contact!  Thank you so much to all the wonderful models and their parents, as well as to my fabulous attendees, for making the July workshop a huge success!

I was thrilled to have spent the last couple of days hosting another newborn photography workshop for 5 wonderful photographers from as far away as Bermuda.  Yes, that’s right, Bermuda!  I had just as many beautiful newborn models, ranging in age from 7 days to 3 weeks, and even had one set of parents jump in for a few shots.  All in all, it was a great success, and I am very much looking forward to the next class, scheduled for July 22nd/23rd.
